Reporting Issues
When reporting a bug or technical issue, please include the following information to help us resolve your problem quickly:
- A description of what happened and what you expected to happen
- Your Android version and device model
- Steps to reproduce the issue, if possible
- Any relevant debug logs exported from the app
To export debug logs, go to Settings in the BlindBoard app and select Export Logs. Attach the exported file to your support email.
